Now that we’ve completed your strategy session, our team has the details we need to begin curating your content and creating your social posts. You can now submit your video and audio links so we can create assets for your social feeds using the templates we’ve custom designed for your brand.

Submitting your content is easy, and we’ll walk you through the steps you need to follow below. Let’s begin!

3 Steps to Submit

Step 1: Head over to your Dashboard and click on “Make A New Request.”

Step 2: Complete your general info (name, email and brand name)

Step 3: Follow the prompts to supply us with the preferences needed to complete your submission.

Please submit your content by the deadline noted during your strategy session.

How We’ll Work On Your Assets

Once you’re done submitting your video or audio links, we’ll be reviewing the details of your request. Then our curation team will take 5 business days to assess the most valuable pieces of micro-content. Once this is complete, we’ll present all of your social content designed for the month and reach out for your approval.

Once the content is approved, our designers, video editors and transcribers will work together to produce the videos, quote cards, and gifs. While we’re working away on your request, you can always view your ticket status by clicking here.

How You Will Receive Your Assets

You can expect to receive your assets after you’ve approved the presentation. Assets will be delivered during business hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm ET.

Your assets will be delivered via Google Drive, and you will receive an email when they’re ready.
