One of my key tips for reducing friction in your booking process β¨
By answering your client’s questions before they even have the chance to ask them, you are getting rid of an opportunity for them to pause and forget about you π
Try adding in a FAQ section to your proposal. Clients are more likely to read it inside of the proposal than on your website (though you should still have it on there too)
Clients will feel taken care of & you’ll book more clients with ease and speed π€©

Once the client is booked, that doesn’t mean your CRM is done working π―
I have an entire second workflow once my clients are booked π
As a client, imagine the process being so smooth & easy. You send payment. And then all of a sudden everything seems messy & disorganized π³ That would worry me!
Using your CRM ensures that things are just as smooth as when they booked & encourages them to re-book with me when the time comes.
